Our strategy is to turn NextUser into a global player in the Customer Data Platform space, a new type of marketing platform that ingests customer-related data from multiple sources systems, cleans and unifies it to create a single customer view and makes it available to other marketing systems to use.

The theory of David Raab finally formalized in its current form in January 2015 in the article « Customer Data Platforms Revisited: The Future of Marketing Data » which demonstrated the accuracy of the positioning of NextUser in the marketing orchestration market.
Along the way, NextUser has won many wards in the startup world, including the Extreme Tech Challenge and Unilever Startup Battle.
More recently, NextUser started to look at social networks to expand its suite of products and better meet customer needs. Our new product, social A.I. is born out of R&D in artificial intelligence and combines Personality Insights, Voice of the Customer, Voice / Text Shopping Assistant and image matching to offer companies new insights on their market brand positioning and customers audiences.
