The system, delivered through the cloud, analyzes high volumes of data, understands complex questions posed in natural language, and proposes evidence-based answers. Watson continuously learns, gaining in value and knowledge over time, from previous interactions.
IBM Watson selected NextUser out of 2,000 participants to demonstrate the future of Artificial Intelligence to Sir Richard Branson at Necker Island in February 2015. We also launched the 1st commercial use worldwide of the new IBM Watson Personality Insights released in June 2015 available here.
NextUser has three team members which are Google Analytics certified individuals. It’s also one of the 5,000 Google Partners in the world and access special events and trainings, industry research, Google AdWords product updates, and free certification exams and study materials.
Google Cloud Platform offered $100,000 in Cloud Platform credits in December 2014 to migrate its platform.
Optimizely approved NextUser as a Technology Partner to provide a deeper integration between both of the platform so it measures more accurately any optimization. The two current integrations are regarding the Analytics which also existing clients to track Optimizely experiments in NextUser and the other integration is relative to Audiences so any user can be targeted based on external source of data like NextUser.

ExactTarget approved NextUser as part of the HubExchange Program to enable our data and marketing platform to communicate with Salesforce ExactTarget Marketing Cloud clients. In addition to data replication and triggering email campaigns, we provide tracking for anonymous users, complement the Journey Builder with flexible rules and use any connector (API) to integrate other system like CRM, Customer Support, mobile, SMS...
